YES - this! When you get sober for yourself, you can stay sober. It's about you. It's about the help YOU need. Maybe your spouse or friends or others won't understand, but another person who has faced addiction and gotten sober well. A counselor, a doctor, a member of recovery group - these people can all help YOU develop and execute a plan to get and STAY sober. It's about saying "alcohol doesn't work for ME anymore" and then finding strategies to support that journey.
