YES - the after effects are awful - sure, at first you feel calm, but then... then it's terrible. And, of course, with repeated use, you need MORE to get that relaxed feeling - which subsequently worsens all the negative impacts. I've never felt more paranoid or more afraid than after a few too many drinks. So, so glad to be on the other side of that.
