Yes - ASK. Find someone who has what you want - ask them. If they say no, ask another person - always, always be looking for those who have the skills, knowledge, things, etc - you want - and sometimes (a lot, actually) they WILL help you - it's humbling to ask, but if you don't, you'll stay right where you are.
