Yes! And so, so accessible - as I began my alcohol recovery journey, I often ate ice cream at night - it soothed and the side effects were not as bad as alcohol. I've since worked to reduce sugar, eliminating the nightly ice cream - and I sleep better and weigh less and find myself more focused - still, it's a battle. This is the first year I didn't buy a couple huge bags of candy at Halloween (knowing in the past I'd end up eating most of it).
