Yes. A big IF. Otherwise, it takes lots of time and effort to build. And lots of writers are flocking to Substack. Which means more competition. I’ve read that many new writers at SS quit after 30 days. If you start with an audience of zero, it could be quite a while before you start seeing subscriber revenue.
