Yep, nailed it - I mean, this falls in line with people "demanding" a follow for follow or otherwise offering instructions (in the form of commands) for "how" to "do Medium." Umm, I'm doing this for me - and to find content I like and provide writing I think serves a purpose. If I like your piece, I clap. If I get engaged, I comment. But yeah, the whole "you're doing Medium wrong b/c you don't do it the way I want you to ..." That sucks!
