Wow! I used to dream about walking off the job, and just . . . walking. Ending up in Colorado. New phone number, address, life. I DID leave that job. I got asked to leave, but it was what I wanted.

I didn't quite learn the lesson, though, and returned to a life of work from which I wanted to escape. Loyalty is great - and working for a "cause" is nice - but being true to yourself is most important, in my experience.
