UGH - exhausting. And not really possible to do the work of building a huge following WHILE writing a book. Sure, I get it, social promotion helps lead to some sales - but, well, part of the reason to go with a publisher is to get some help with the marketing/promotion. Why not just self-pub if this is the expectation?
