This is unfortunate. I'm new to Simily and like it, but tech support there is problematic. I've written on NewsBreak and it seems to work well, though approval for monetization seems a mystery. But I've always found good support on Medium. It's the cleanest platform, easy to use, and for me at least, the support has been there. Hope this situation improves.
