This is interesting and reminds me of what I’ve read about Southwest Airlines and how they hire for attitude. That is, all those “experts” might not make it through the Southwest filter. Rather, they seek people who want to learn and grow and are team players. Of course, “team player” is another of those zombie language terms. The point, though, is they aren’t looking for accomplished experts … they are looking for winning attitudes.
