These are some great tips! One of the best things I've done recently is started using my Medium pieces to direct readers to my Substack newsletter. I have several pieces that are getting great non-Medium traffic - so, rather than lament that I'm not getting MPP from them, I have found a way to capture them via an email list. Huge win!
