The benefits just keep coming - and the drawbacks will rear their ugly head again should you return. So much clarity to be gained. But, I also tell myself it is not forever, it is for now. I don't drink today. Maybe, one day in the future (though at this moment, I really don't want to in the future) - but today, I'm not drinking.
