That's all well and good, but TN now bans abortions past 6 weeks and by August, will ban all abortions unless the woman's life is in imminent danger. Sure, you can travel - but that may not be a viable option for all expecting mothers. So, at least in TN, the landscape has radically changed and will be significantly different until (if) a new case restores some protections. There are a number of other states which will soon have a near-total ban on the procedure.
