Thanks for sharing these details - I've thought recently about starting a YouTube channel for some of my consumer protection content - but, the time involved would mean I'd need to monetize quickly - that doesn't seem likely. Perhaps I can build up Medium/Substack to give me the time to devote to YouTube? In any case, thanks for being real about the chances of earning on YouTube and the time/patience it takes.
