Substack does seem to be exploding - and there are many, many new Stackers who are eager to recycle advice about "growth" - I've been on for a few years - have a substack that reaches a niche audience - I write for my readers and sometimes, through the Substack app/substack tools - connect to new readers. Going to the notes section or realizing how many Substacks there are is - overwhelming. I can't imagine many of them are consistently producing quality content.
