Simily is a creative writing platform that has grown to more than 10,000 members.

The site is sometimes glitchy. Simily is NOT making good use of its social media channels.

Still, it continues to grow — and the founders continue to promise upgrades, including a change to the hosting platform.

In the meantime, it has been exciting to see Simily work to highlight the content (and creators) on the platform.

Most recently, that has meant “Stories of the Month” and “Writer Spotlights.”

This week, Simily is highlighting “spooky stories” in time for Halloween.

All of this promotion is a great way to get the excellent writing on Simily in front of an audience. Plus, it encourages the writers there.

All I can say is: MORE OF THIS!

Keep highlighting the content, keep spotlighting writers, and start using your social channels to boost Simily.
