Right?! It's like yelling at the produce clerk because the store is out of lemons - did the clerk cause the lemon shortage? Did they make the order? NO! If you want to address the "problem," at least take the time to find out who has the power to actually correct it. Or, better: Ask yourself if yelling at the person in front of you will change the outcome? Will it make the book appear? No? Then shut the F up.
