OMG yes! I remember being a "courtesy clerk" as we were called and looking forward to my designated "cart hour" - and trying to find ways to stay out there longer getting carts instead of being stuck inside bagging groceries. Of course, the other task we were often assigned was cleaning the restroom - so, carts was definitely the best job!
