Nope. There are thousands - hundreds of thousands - of credit card numbers likely available to hackers. They just breach a database (Experian, anyone), and then they're in! And yes, they very likely got into your bank's database and then captured a bunch of numbers, put them up for sale, and - Lucky You! your number got drawn and cloned. It's insidious - but glad this attempt was stopped before they got any money from you.
