My NewsBreak Earnings were 16x my Medium Earnings in February

A trend continues — and I’m NOT complaining

I like to write.

I like to earn money from my writing.

Both of those things are ok.

In fact, creators should be paid for their creations.

Sometimes, though, my favorite writing — my favorite creations — are not the most remunerative.

That’s ok.

The money I earn from writing I enjoy but don’t “love” gives me the space to write what I love.

Maybe one day I’ll get paid a lot for that labor of love. Or not.

Earning from writing gives me the freedom to — write!

This past month, as with many months, I’ve earned 16x more writing on NewsBreak than I do here on Medium.
