Ok, so that headline reminds me of what a month looked like back when I was drinking.

It’s now just a summary of a month of writing here at Medium.

So, here goes.

A rundown of my top 5 stories (in terms of earning) back in June.

Writing about making money about writing always seems to help you earn money . . . from writing.

But this number one story also detailed a bit of financial fraud.

This time, it was a piece about Chime — the nonbank app that acts a lot like a bank and ended up being fined because — just like big banks — it wanted to keep customer money. Even after those individuals had made it clear they didn’t want Chime to have their money.

Number 2 also focused on financial malfeasance. This time, over at the Dave App. Dave’s mascot is a friendly-looking cartoon bear and Dave’s business model is preying on the financially desperate in order to make a profit.
