A content-sharing platform to boost your Medium reads
Things are changing here at Medium.
Starting tomorrow.
Here’s a brief rundown:
The short version: In order to get paid on the platform, new MPP members will need to also be paying Medium members.
Additionally, rewards will be based on types of content (with an edge going to personal stories) and on engagement from followers. That is, do the people who follow you also actually read your content?
One thing that hasn’t changed: You still earn based on read time from Medium members.
One way to find more potential readers who may become followers who actually read your content is by sharing your Medium pieces on ManyStories.
I’ve been doing this for about six months now and I’ve noticed my stats slowly improving — more read time from Medium members, more followers.
