I read this advice a lot. I don't know what holds people back from regular publishing. I've found that the goal of 30 articles a month forced me to work on a piece each day. Now, I write even more than that - and always set a new goal each month. Readers want to know they can count on you to produce content regularly. Otherwise, they'll find someone else to read.
