I often describe the way I acted with "alcohol brain" as ridiculous. I sometimes laugh at those "antics..." and think, "who would do that?" The answer, of course, is me - alcohol me DID those ridiculous things. Not drinking gives me the clarity to at least be less ridiculous - and the mental capacity to remember!
