HUGE! I used to take a lunch break and turn on Netflix to tune out - having a protected hour to recharge is great, but I found I was tempted to stay on - and then, well, no writing got done. Now, I take my lunch outside and go back to the keyboard when 45 mins (max) is up. I get a break, and I get to work.
