Hmm... they have a strike system. They want facts and clear links to sources, no opinion pieces. You submit a piece, they can ask for edits - the first few pieces I submitted, they recommended changes - that's what really helped me learn what they are looking for. Perhaps the best way to understand is to read other pieces already published there.
