Thanks for that question - Shake it Out is a song that spoke to me when I first heard - and continues to resonate - the idea that we collect regrets and let them weigh us down - rather than moving on. I'm currently in love with "Morning Elivs" - the live version with Ethel Cain - "I should've come with a warning...." "I'm still crazy and I'm still scared...." - this song describes feelings I used to have. And, well, for those who I ended up hurting on my journey, the wish for a warning - to have let them know this may happen. For me, though, there's also peace - and calm - knowing I'm moving on, evolving, becoming the best version of me.
