Fascinating - I've recently started focusing on less content - and better/deeper stories - publishing daily does seem to increase views - but my follower count remained stagnant - as I've moved to a regular schedule (2-3 stories a week, usually published Monday/Tuesday) - I've seen MORE followers and my writing has gotten more views AND reads - my read ratio is much better than it was when I was trying to publish once a day. On months in the past when I published daily, I earned more than in the months when I didn't hit that mark - but more recently, I've earned even more money while publishing less - I think I was too focused on getting "something" out rather than on what that something was.
