Fascinating. I grew up outside of Louisville, but live in Nashville (which is becoming increasingly costly) - now it seems returning to Louisville in my 50s is a solid plan B- relatively affordable housing and many of the things that make a city attractive without the high prices I'm seeing in what has become a "go-to" city.
