It’s that time again.

Time to look back on the past month at Medium and see what readers liked.

Well, at least what was liked enough to earn a bit here.

It’s the March Top 5 — the Marvelous March.

A personal story was number one — again. And another personal story cracked the top 5.

I like writing these pieces. They’re therapeutic. Also not always easy to put down.

But can definitely be a relief once they are down.

Here’s number one:

A nice reflection of where I’ve been — how I got off track for a bit, but eventually found a way back. A path forward without alcohol.

Number 2 was about a failed writing platform — Simily. A place that was supposed to be a home for fiction. This platform turned out not to work at all.

Writing about how to make money on writing platforms almost always earns money.
