Can confirm. As someone with an anxious attachment style (working on it) - this is maddening. It makes me want to do "one more thing" to "make it right." Which, of course, rewards the avoidant who reaps the benefits of countless acts of service. This, then, builds resentment. Ugh. While you can't change them, you can work on clearly and directly expressing your own feelings/needs.
