As someone in recovery from alcohol addiction, I can attest - the times when I would go ALL the way back to full-blown addiction - horrifying. The minor slips, not so bad - frustrating, but not terrible. Good for you for recognizing this one and stopping before it spiraled. It's a journey - and as long as you keep learning, you keep winning.
