As a guy, this is also frustrating - there's an expectation that you will "be a man" and not cry or whatever. It's total bs - I've learned not to apologize for my emotions, but when you embrace the sensitive side, you definitely see many guys get uncomfortable - the answer, though, is to embrace it - and let those guys figure it out.
