Ah, yes, endless blame shifting. I had a similar problem when I booked a hotel through a third party site. My flight got cancelled, but I couldn't cancel the hotel b/c the hotel said I booked third party and the vendor said the hotel wouldn't let them cancel. Each customer service call was just a chance to blame someone else - and I wasn't getting my money back.
