Ack! This sounds daunting. But, as a public speaking teacher, I can totally see how this helps. Sometimes, the words you write sound odd, weird, off, not right - when you read them aloud. Yes, the written (and read) word is different than a speech, but I can completely understand how this helps with clarity and fluidity.
