A Story of Many Affirmations

A little encouragement goes a long way

An encouraging email from ManyStories

I write pretty much all the time.

I write for a nonprofit client — my primary work.

I write for the classes I teach.

And I write here at Medium as well as on Substack, NewsBreak, and a blog I run.

I’ve been writing at Medium for the past couple of years and followed up my Medium foray with Substack and then NewsBreak.

While I sometimes cover similar topics, these formats all offer different benefits and require different approaches.

All of this writing can sometimes leave me tired or even bored or with blurry eyes wondering what I’ve done all day.

And the results of writing are not always immediately apparent.

That’s one of the reasons I like ManyStories.
